I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was excellent as it was close to everything, including the parks Santos Dumond e Vicentina Aranha and many restaurants. It was so convenient! Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. They made me feel welcomed and attended to any requests promptly. Lastly, the basic amenities in the rooms were impressive, especially the AC which kept the room cool and comfortable.

Everything was fine, no improvements needed.

The room I stayed in was smaller than I anticipated and the partially opening windows meant there was limited air circulation in the morning, which led to a slightly stuffy smell. Another downside was the fitness center, which could have used some heavier weights as I found it a bit limiting.

You can find other amenities close by in walking distance, such as bakeries. the rooms are clean and efficient, the suites are quite spacious and the breakfast is my favorite, everything is fresh and delicious.

The hotel had great infrastructure and the rooms were very comfortable. The shower was nice and the breakfast had a lot of options, including fresh fruit and made-to-order eggs. the hotel was conveniently located near key attractions in the city, making it easy to get around.

The air conditioning in the room was not fully functional and it took a while for the room to cool down. the card key placer to activate electricity in the room had a short circuit and was difficult to figure out.
